Michael has been serving clients since 1983 and has dedicated his practice to meeting the financial planning goals of individuals over the age of 50.
These individuals often take on the role of caregiver in their families and look to him for guidance in their transition through a separation, divorce, or the passing of a spouse or partner. Michael addresses their concerns regarding lifetime income planning, healthcare in retirement, and legacy and estate planning. In the past, Michael also specialized in serving professionals, family businesses, and entrepreneurs, developing custom planning designed to help them preserve, protect, and invest their personal wealth.
That previous work also included the business community, where Michael was instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring qualified plans for businesses, including 401(k) and defined benefit plans. This is where his role as the co-founder of the Business Transition Council of Tampa gives him a unique insight into the concerns and issues of entrepreneurs, specifically regarding succession, exit, and transition planning.
Michael is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, as well as a board member of the Cuban Club Foundation.
He currently resides in Tampa with his wife, Peggy.
